September 2012 was a big month for condo sales in Woodland Hills CA with 28 condos sold (up more than 100% compared to last month and last year) with an average sale price of $290,818 up 44% from last year?s $202,590 average sales price per condo in September 2011. We saw less volume in single family home sales than compared to last month?s spike which was to be expected with inventory shortages in most markets. Unfortunately prices of single family homes were flat.
