Our client, a leading edge architectural / design company, is currently seeking an HR Manager to join their team at this time of exciting growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR generalist activities including providing HR advice and support to a client group across multiple geographical locations.
As a key adviser in people management issues and working closely with the firm?s leadership, you will be responsible for the delivery of the people agenda to achieve the firms? objectives.
Key deliverables will include but not limited to;
- Partnering with the business to identify HR initiatives to achieve corporate direction
- Handling all aspects of employee attraction, retention and talent development
- Ensuring contemporary practices are employed and that legislative requirements are followed in relation to employee relations
- Managing the performance management process and aligning to professional development strategies
- Managing HR reporting as well as managing HR projects as identified
You will need to hit the ground running with this role, have exceptional communication skills with the ability to be able to influence and quickly build relationships at all levels, coupled with a passion for what you do. You will need solid proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment as well as tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
Experience in a Greenfield type environment with international exposure would be an advantage. If you have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner, a good interpersonal approach and strong commercial acumen please get in touch!
